An angry customer got fed up at a Walmart after waiting and waiting at a customer service desk to no avail. Seemingly due to her frustrations over the lack of service, she starts answering the phone at the desk.
She tells one customer "there's like nobody here. No, I don't work here but the phone's ringing and ringing and I know how it feels to be on that other and and nobody answers... No I'm just a customer looking for somebody to help me, actually."
"Do you want to hang up and try back in a little while?... Ahh, you're welcome, have a good night."
Even other customers start watching her hilariously take over the phone. One woman even asks if she could help her.
Hopefully they can get the act together!
