A Maryland driver appears to fall unconscious and drives off of the highway, only to drive underneath an exit sign, get airborne and crash into a river.
The accident occurred on the northbound side of I-83, near exit 24 in the Sparks Glencoe area. A video uploaded to the popular app TikTok shows a driver in a silver Honda Accord swerve off the right side of the highway, drive directly under the exit sign, launch their vehicle into the air and crash into Piney Creek.
The video has been viewed nearly 10 million times.
It's currently unknown the exact cause of the incident or the condition of the driver.
