Charm City Kings is a newly released film that just came out on HBO Max. It's basically a scripted movie based on the 12 O'Clock Boys documentary that came out in 2013. If you live in, or are from Baltimore, you most likely know what the 12 o'clock boys are. If not, it's basically a group of dirt bike/ATV riders who cruise the streets of Baltimore.
Anywho, Charm City Kings features a bunch of young actors and it's blatantly obvious in some parts that not all of them are from Baltimore. So, they attempt a Baltimore accent and the clip above shows just how bad it goes at times.
"Who are these people?" a young woman asks the boy. "These are my friends from school," he replies but it sounds like "Skoo."
Do people outside of Baltimore see how ridiculous this is?
