This poor pup!
A Florida man left his dog in the car and remembered to keep a window open for him. But he also left the car running, and little Rover got behind the wheel and took the car for a little spin.
Cops say the dog somehow kicked it into reverse and drove backwards in a circle. Neighbors couldn't believe what was going on and say it took police an hour to arrive, get into the car to stop it, and rescue the confused dog. They say the vehicle hit a mailbox, some garbage cans and some bricks in front of a house while the pup was behind the wheel. Other than that, he was very lucky.
It's a good thing the dog didn't try to correct the steering wheel. He would have caused a lot more damage. The dog's guardian said he would pay for any damage.
Thankfully nobody was hurt, and the dog is doing fine.
