When an arts performance goes on for way too long or is terrible you have one of two choices: decide to leave or take matters into your own hands.
Well this dude in a disability scooter takes matters into his own hands and decides this lady's fire hula-hoop performance is now over with. Instead of waiting for the lady and her friend to disassemble the props and put the fires out, dude straight up runs all of it over in his scooter.
Not sure if he check the manual on that thing to see if it is safe with fire but I'm going to go ahead and assume his emotions got the better of him in the situation and overrode all normal logic.
