Apparently this dude was being belligerent at a restaurant in Philadelphia over the weekend and got more than he bargained for from a couple of security guards. Outside of Jim's Restaurant after closing hours on Friday, this guy was trying to get away from the security when one of them pulls out a taser and fires it at the guy's leg. Usually, a jolt stuns the victim to subdue him, but instead, dude catches on fire.
According to one study , a taser can cause a victim to catch on fire when the victim's clothing has been subjected to a flammable liquid.
