Meet the first baby of the District of Columbia - Miranda Elizabeth Bowser!
Mayor Muriel Bowser introduced her daughter on the Today Show this morning.
The 46-year-old unmarried mayor has remained private about the adoption since she made the announcement in May. Bowser told NBC-4 Washington that Kotb was the right person to tell her story to, saying she is also a single mother with a busy schedule.
