The Baltimore Ravens will play the San Francisco 49ers in their first pre-season game Thursday night at 7:30 at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

The game is a rematch of Super Bowl XLVII and will be a pre-season version of the "Harbowl."  The head coaches of the teams, Ravens' John Harbaugh and 49ers' Jim Harbaugh, are brothers.

Of course, it is the first game of the pre-season.  So, fans should expect to see most of the starters for only one quarter.

But, because this is the first game for new offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak, the work of Joe Flacco and the offense will carry more weight than normal.

Flacco tells, "Anytime you’re running a new offense and you think you’re doing it pretty well, it’s always nice to get out there and have a real test, and have people hitting you and flying around and going full speed under the lights.  It’s probably a little bit more important.”
