A huge pileup happened on some highway, somewhere after motorists traveling too fast on slick roads couldn't stop in time. It seems apparent the visibility was pretty much non-existent since many of the vehicles that add to the pileup seem to attempt evasive maneuvers when it's far too late.
Apparently this happened in 2015 in Michigan but serves as a good reminder.
