The Allman Brothers Band's At Fillmore East album is one of the most legendary live albums of all time.

Now, the band will release six CDs that will span all of their shows from their March 12 and 13, 1971 run at the venue along with their June 27 show during the Fillmore's last weekend.

During the March dates, the band played two shows a night.  The band's classics like Statesboro BluesWhipping Post, and In Memory of Elizabeth Reed pop up several times on the collection, but that will allow listeners to hear how good the band was at improvising from show to show.
