After a 15 year wait, KISS will finally be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame fixing the second of two most notable snubs of the Rock Hall.

For years, KISS and Rush made just about every list devoted to the biggest bands who have not been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Last year, Rush got in.

Now, it is time for KISS.

KISS was eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 15 years ago.  The exclusion of the band ruffled a few feathers.  Gene Simmons once joked to Rolling Stone that the band might just buy the Hall of Fame and "fire everybody."

In addition to KISS, The E Street Band, Nirvana, Hall & Oates, Peter Gabriel, Cat Stevens, and Linda Ronstadt will also be inducted into the Rock Hall.
